Hitchin’ Post Iron has been serving the Sierra Vista area for over 35 years. In 1978 Dick Ward started Hitchin’ Post in Sierra Vista, specializing in trailer hitches and welding repair. Then in 1989, Dick’s son Richard Ward climbed aboard bringing an expertise in structural steel fabrication, two years later Richard became the sole proprietor. Over the years our growth led to incorporating and relocating to a larger more efficient facility in 1998 where we currently reside. Richard along with his wife Tammy successfully built Hitchin’ Post Iron into Cochise County’s largest structural steel fabrication and repair shop! Recently, Richard and Tammy have moved on to the next chapter of their lives and put Hitchin’ Post Iron into new hands, long time clients, co-workers, and friends, Brandon and Dominic Moss of LMBI, Inc, also known as Landmark Metal Builders.
Brandon and Dominic have over 15 years of experience in welding and fabrication, and 20 in structural steel erection and have received numerous awards for buildings they have constructed. Dominic is one of the twenty-seven members of the NEAC, National Erectors Advisory Council, who are from all over the United States and Canada, and are dedicated to making the industry the best in can be. Brandon and Dominic are proud to join the Hitchin’ Post Team, and look forward to bring aboard their expertise and continue serving Southern Arizona and beyond!
